Each OMEGA PROTOCOL license is tied to a single device. When you purchase or download, you receive a unique license key that activates on your chosen device. Free users get one license for one platform (Web OR Widget OR App). Paid single-platform plans include one license for your chosen platform. All Access includes three licenses (one for each platform). License transfers require contacting support and may be subject to verification. This policy prevents account sharing and ensures fair use for all customers.

Yes, license transfers are possible. Contact support@omegaprotocol.pro with your license key and reason for transfer. We allow transfers for hardware upgrades, device replacements, or platform switches. Transfers are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Note that a license can only be active on one device at a time. Excessive transfer requests may be subject to review. All Access subscribers can have all three platforms active simultaneously on different devices.

Your trading data is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. We do NOT collect your broker credentials, actual trade executions, account balances, or positions. We only collect: your email (for account), anonymous usage statistics (to improve the product), and license validation data. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (we never see your card details). Your trade journal entries and notes remain private on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (paid plans).

OMEGA PROTOCOL works with any market: stocks, forex, crypto, futures, and commodities. The patterns and concepts (The Strat, SMC, Market Structure) are universal and apply across all markets. The system works on all timeframes from 1-minute charts to monthly charts. However, we recommend using OMEGA on 5-minute charts and higher for best results, as lower timeframes can produce more noise. The confluence engine adapts its calculations based on timeframe to provide appropriate signals.
